Thanksgiving

It's Thanksgiving week, and Holidays are coming up soon.  I love Thanksgiving for many reasons. The most important reason why I love this holiday, is because I get to reflect on the year and count all God's blessings. I am forever grateful to my God for the family He has given. He has blessed us with six beautiful children, three boys and three girls. Also,we recently found out we are expecting a baby boy in February. I am thankful for my hard working husband, who works so hard to provide for our family. I am thankful to have my parents and in laws with us, who are always there to help us when we need them.  And, grateful to my God for His love, patience, and blessings. 

I am forever thankful to have my big family, and my siblings. Through good and bad times, my family is always there for each other no matter what happens. For Thanksgiving, we gather together and have a huge gathering at moms house. There is a tons of kids running around the house, its very noise, kids giggling, and adults talking among each other. We have several tables filled with delicious food and tons of left overs afterwards. In November, its usually cold and dad always gets the fire place started. All the kids gather by the fire place and watch the fire flames and enjoy the warmth of the fire. Its loud, hectic, and at times overwhelming, but we love our holiday family gatherings. 

Before we start eating Thanksgiving dinner, we all gather in the living room to pray, and thank our God for all the good and bad that has happened throughout the year.
