Bees pollinate different types of flowers. As beekeepers, we are not guranteed to have the same honey every year. So,the honey you might have bought last year, might not be the same as this year. 

Our raw wildflower honey is collected by our bees from local sources of different variety of flowers in eastern Washington state.The honey is collected straight from the honey extractor, filtered from all debris, and stored in a mason jars or gallon buckets. 

The nutrient rich content and anti-microbial properties are some of the benefits of consuming raw honey. With time the raw honey will crystallize into fine textured crystals and crystalize to a thick consistency in few months.
