A Gallon of Raw Blended honey (Mixture of Wildflower and Buckwheat)
We harvested this honey at the end of August. Our bees were located close to a buckwheat field, some of the frames had wildflower and some frames had buckwheat. For those who don't like strong honey such as pure buckwheat, you might like this blended honey. The honey is darker then wildflower, but lighter then buckwheat. We have a 16 oz mason jar, if you would like a sample before buying a gallon.
A gallon contains 12 pounds of raw blended honey. We have the option of crystallized honey. Just add a note if you would like crystalized honey.
